"How can digital touchpoints revive brick-and-mortar retail?" This was the topic that Natalie Horn, Senior Consultant at TAILORIT GmbH, spoke about at the e-Marketing Day on April 25th, 2018 in Borussia-Park Mönchengladbach.

Through the presentation, the over 600 participants of this year’s congress learned how, in times of declining customer traffic, retailers can combine the distinguishing feature of brick-and-mortar retail - the multisensory experience - with meaningful customer-oriented online services, and thus build long-term customer loyalty. Other presentations at the event covered topics such as marketing trends, customer data, digital platforms and social media. Lively discussions rounded off the conference.

The e-Marketing Day Rheinland is a conference specialized on online marketing and is organized by the chambers of industry and commerce in the Rhineland. In addition to current topics and trends, the e-Marketing Day also deals with the "evergreens" in online marketing.
